This was our first house that we remodeled in Oklahoma City. We bought this adorable 1929 tudor-style house sight-unseen from California and coordinated the remodel completely remotely. The model was used during design to visualize new doorways, size furniture, shape the island, and get comfortable with the shelf-wall separating the dining room and bedrooms. The model was also integral while bidding the job to contractors and clarifying questions & expectations from half way across the country.
